Shipping origin
All orders are shipped from Slovenia, Europe.

Processing time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 10 business days. Exceptions may apply and will be shown on the product page. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, launches, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping times
Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout. These timeframes are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and local conditions.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
