Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition.

Before making a return, please contact us first at info@ichibaeru.com. 

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including printed tights and intimate jewelry such as bralettes. In addition, each product description states whether the item is returnable or non-returnable, so please check the item description before requesting a return.

If you choose to return your goods, please use a shipping option with a tracking number. All costs associated with returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will be entitled to either an exchange or a refund. It can take up to 7 days for a return to be processed after we have received your parcel. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. For all information about returns, please contact us at info@ichibaeru.com.  

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order and receive a refund.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Please note that the refund does not include the cost of shipping. For more information on returning an order, please contact us.

If you need to edit or make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may be able to make the necessary changes without canceling the order.

The customer has 60 days after placing the order to file a dispute or open a claim. After this period has passed, all orders are treated as delivered, finalized, and archived.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, such dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
